✅ Step-by-step guide:
1: Sign in to your Kopo Kopo mobile app.
2: Tap on the Transactions tab.
3: Click on the 3 dots on the right and select Missing payments requests
4: At the bottom of the page, click Report missing payments
5: Select the till, the date, and the time the payment was made.
You will receive a confirmation notification once the request is submitted.
We will review your account and provide feedback within 2 hours.
