✅ Step-by-step guide:
1: Sign in to your Kopo Kopo account.
2: Go to the Transactions tab.
3: Click on Missing Payment Requests.
4: On the right-hand side, select Report Missing Payment.
5: Choose the till number and exact date & time range when the payment was made. Be as specific as possible to help us locate the payment quickly.
You will receive a confirmation notification once the request is submitted.
We will review and provide feedback within 2 hours.
