1. Lipa na M-PESA till
With a till number, customers pay you directly and the funds go straight into your Kopo Kopo account. We will assign you this till number after you open a Kopo Kopo account.
How it works:
- Open an account by having our sales team visit your business and collect the required documents.
- Once your account is set up, we will give you your Lipa na M-PESA till number.
- Customers can then pay you instantly using that number.

2. M-PESA STK Push
STK Push lets you send a payment request directly to your customer’s phone from the Kopo Kopo mobile app or web dashboard. Your customer simply enters their M-PESA PIN to complete the payment, no need to type in till or Paybill details.
Extra tip: You can add your staff as Cashier users so they can also initiate M-PESA STK Push and claim payments.

3. M-PESA Paybill
With Paybill, your customers enter your business Paybill number and their account number when making a payment from their M-PESA menu.
You can even set up unique accounts for your business. For example, if you run a school, you could manage different payments like this:
- 123456#fees
- 123456#registration
- 123456 (general account)

4. Payment Links
Payment Links let you collect payments by simply sharing a link with your customers. Create the link from the Kopo Kopo mobile app or web apps and send it through WhatsApp, SMS, email or even social media. Your customer just taps the link, enters their M-PESA PIN, and completes the payment.
Payment Links are perfect for bookings, deliveries, invoice payments or social media sales. You can also track every link in your Kopo Kopo account to see which ones are paid.

What happens after payment?
Once your customer pays you, the transaction instantly reflects in your Kopo Kopo account. You can:
- View payments and download reports
- Move funds to Bank, Paybill, Till, or M-PESA phone number instantly.
