What happens after sign up and how long does it take to get a Lipa na M-PESA till number?

Once we have all your documents and everything checks out, it takes between 2 to 4 working days to get your Lipa na M-PESA till up and running.

✅ We will notify you by SMS and email as soon as your till is ready. The welcome email will include a guide on how to sign in to your Kopo Kopo account on both mobile and web.

✅ Your Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will also visit your business location to help you set up your account, deliver your till SIM card, and provide till display stickers.
