1: Visit a Safaricom shop, dealer, or agent to purchase a SIM replacement card, or reach out to your Relationship Manager for assistance. Make sure to check the card's validity in the 'activated by' section.

2: Take a clear picture of the new SIM card plate, showing the serial number.

3: Send the picture from your registered line or email to our WhatsApp number +254 709 376 000 or email support@kopokopo.com.

💡We will start the activation process upon confirmation, which usually takes two business days. We will notify you once it is complete. Make sure to get a replacement line, not a new line.
