How to opt-out of overdraft – Mobile app guide

You can opt out of overdraft at any time. Only the administrator or manager can opt out.

✅ Step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Sign in to the mobile app and go to the Move Money tab.

Step 2: Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Overdrafts.

Step 3: Tap "Opt Out from Overdraft"

You will receive a confirmation message once you have successfully opted out.
