What do I need to use the plugin?

• A Kopo Kopo account with K2 Connect API enabled (if you do not have one, you need open an account)
• An active WooCommerce shop

How does it work?

• Ensure your WooCommerce shop is active
• Have a Kopo Kopo account with K2 Connect API enabled
• Install the plugin to accept M-PESA payments online

What are charges?

We do not charge to install the plugin. When you accept payments, the standard Lipa na M-PESA charges will apply.

How are payments processed?

• Customers pay via M-PESA STK Push at checkout
• Payments go directly into your Kopo Kopo account
• If STK Push fails, you can enable manual payments to display your Till or Paybill details.

Does the plugin support automatic order updates?

Yes. You can create webhook subscriptions to automatically update order status after successful payment.

Can I test payments before going live?

Yes. Use the sandbox account and configure your sandbox credentials in the plugin settings.
