Why is 'Remember my verification code' not working?

If you have enabled the ‘Remember my verification code for 30 days’ option but still need to enter the OTP each time you sign in, try the following:

1. Use the same device and browser: This feature only works if you sign in from the same device and browser.

2. Check cookie settings:

Your browser must allow cookies to be stored. If cookies are blocked or cleared, the feature may not work.

👉 Solution: Go to Chrome settings > Privacy and security > Cookies. Make sure cookies are allowed, especially for app.kopokopo.com.

3. Clear cache and cookies: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies to fix any temporary issues.

4. Avoid incognito mode: If you are using Chrome’s incognito mode, cookies are not saved after you close the window, so the feature will not work.

5. Check browser extensions: Some extensions or ad blockers might stop cookies from being saved. Try turning off extensions one by one to see if it helps.
